We will reimburse You as quickly as possible, generally within 7 to 14 business days. If we were unsuccessful in voiding the payment you may incur some fees fees for such reimbursement as imposed by the credit card processor.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • You contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment to report any damage
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • You notify Omega and provide photographs of the damage to the shipping boxes and product boxes to our email within 24 hours [email protected]

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • All other reasons, Goods, or shipments that do not qualify for the return policy above

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
